CME Information - Overview

This presentation summarizes the data implicating inflammation in the pathogenesis of heart failure, reviews the potential role of statins in treating this disease, and provides an overview orf new heart failure therapies.

Target Audience
This continuing medical education activity is intended for cardiologists and physicians with an interest in recognizing and treating inflammation as part of heart failure and learning to recognize the roles for statins.

Method of Instruction / Participation
This enduring material comprises slide sets with text and audio derived from a live cardiology grand rounds presentation with post activity assessment and evaluation.
