February is American Heart Month – a time for the nation to cooperatively focus on heart health and lifestyle choices that help prevent heart disease.

We invite you to join us as The Texas Heart Institute connects with our communities to engage in conversations about heart health, share heart-related scientific and clinical advances, and encourage healthy activities.

Heart Month provides us an incredible opportunity to educate ourselves and others about factors affecting our heart and vascular health.

This new knowledge also offers a great starting point for important conversations with our doctors about our cardiovascular health risks and strategies to prevent these diseases.
