Overview:

HCM is associated with risk for SCA. Evolution of HCM understanding has not improved our ability to determine risk for SCA and shared decision making is now integral for HCM care including an exercise Rx.

Objectives:

At the conclusion of the activity, a participant should be able to:

• Identify current understanding of HCM and risk for SCA.
• List best practices for an exercise Rx for HCM.
• Identify up to date literature for HCM and exercise recommendations.
