Join us for an inspiring and impactful gathering focused on heart health in the Houston community.
We will start the morning with a light breakfast, followed by a 3-hour conference that offers a unique opportunity to connect with local WomenHeart Champions—women in Houston who have faced heart disease and are dedicated to raising awareness and supporting others. Join us for powerful stories, meaningful discussions, and the chance to network with community members, leaders, and patients who share a passion for improving women’s heart health in your city.
As part of the Understanding Her Heart initiative, this event will help expand access to critical heart health information and resources, particularly in communities like Houston that are at greater risk due to factors like climate and pollution.
Together, we’ll explore strategies to strengthen the heart of Houston and improve women’s heart health.
Mark your calendars for this special event and stay tuned for more details!
