Zumba® Dance Class in EaDo Houston

Members and graduates of our Texas Medical Center family are building a community to promote health and fellowship. Both a dance class and a fitness class, Zumba® Dance is an exhilarating, alternative workout for the whole body and fun for all—regardless of dance skills or fitness level.

Held monthly as a charity benefit, the Zumba® Dance classes are always donation based and open to the public.

100% donations benefit the Texas Heart Institute in September & November

When: Saturday, September 15, 2018 & Saturday, November 17, 2018 from 3:00 PM- 5:00 PM.

Location: Preston Theatre (2201 Preston Street, Houston, Texas 77003)
