Fort Bend County Kicks off #WALK30 in Style with a Fit Fest

The Texas Heart Institute is proud to participate in Fort Bend County, Precinct 4 Commissioner Dexter L. McCoy’s Fit Fort Bend Fest, a free event promoting healthy living and community engagement!
The Texas Heart Institute partners with Fit Houston to inspire vibrant minds, bodies, and communities through physical activity. Together we are dedicated to promoting health equity and active, healthy lifestyles for all people, everywhere.
In partnership with Commissioner McCoy’s office, Fort Bend Parks and Recreation Department, and the YMCA, the event will create an atmosphere that combines health education, physical activity, family-friendly activities, and a culture of healthy living within the Fort Bend community.
The event will feature free 30-minute workout classes, healthy food, and much more!
