Heart Month 2025

February has arrived, marking the celebration of American Heart Month. This is an excellent opportunity for the nation to unite in focusing on heart health and making informed lifestyle choices that help prevent heart disease.
We invite you to join The Texas Heart Institute as we engage with our communities in meaningful discussions about heart health, share significant scientific and clinical advancements, and promote healthy activities.
Heart Month presents a remarkable opportunity to educate ourselves and others about the various factors that affect our heart and vascular health. This knowledge also serves as a foundation for essential conversations with healthcare providers regarding cardiovascular health risks and effective strategies for disease prevention.
We encourage you to challenge yourself this month and embark on a journey of self-improvement. It is time to become active, savor nutritious foods, and consider ways to prevent heart attack and stroke.
Join us this February as we celebrate, educate, and advocate for heart health.
