Charles H. Hallman, MD

Charles H. Hallman, M.D. received the Doctor of Medicine degree from Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas in 1984 after receiving a BA degree with highest honors from The University of Texas at Austin in 1981. Upon completion of a Surgical Internship at Ben Taub General Hospital in Houston, Texas (1985-1986), he completed a General Surgery Residency at Baylor College of Medicine Affiliated Hospitals, Houston, Texas (1986-1990). Dr. Hallman completed a Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Residency (1990-1992) at the Texas Heart Institute, Houston, Texas. A highly skilled and respected cardiovascular and thoracic surgeon at The Texas Heart Institute (THI), he developed a special interest in aortic aneurysm repair, vascular and coronary artery bypass surgeries, and performed all types of cardiovascular procedures and general thoracic surgery. I have decided to close my practice at The Texas Heart Institute Center for Cardiovascular Care (THI CCC).  It has been an honor and pleasure to have taken care of you, and I wish you the best in the future.  Drs. Jennifer Cozart and James Livesay, who practice with me at TTHICCC,  will continue to provide patient care and will be available to you for continued care.  If you wish to follow up with them, please call (832) 355-4900 to schedule an appointment.
