Quashanique Mitchell is the Manager for Sponsored Projects in the Office of Research Administration for the Texas Heart Institute. She is responsible for the coordination and monitoring of sponsored projects. Mrs. Mitchell is also the Texas Heart Institute's primary liaison for grants, contracts and other agreements from government agencies, private industry, and non-profit foundations. Mrs. Mitchell has over a decade of experience in program administration and implementation for both state and federally-funded grant initiatives. She holds two Bachelors of Science degrees from Houston Baptist University, in Psychology and Sociology. Mrs. Mitchell also has her Masters of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Texas Tech University.
