Texas Heart Institute to Host Brownie & Junior Girl Scouts During Heart Month
Join us in American Heart Month as Girl Scout Brownies and Juniors celebrate with the Texas Heart Institute for the 6th year!
Girls will learn the importance of staying fit for heart health with robot “Cool-E” of Project Heart fame while exploring heart anatomy, the cardiovascular system, healthy eating and exercise.
While the girls are having fun with games and activities, the adults will be able to learn the Project Heart curriculum that can be implemented with the girls!
Juniors will work towards their Staying Fit badge and Brownies towards their My Best Self badge. All Girl Scouts will receive a special Cool-E Patch!
