Texas Heart Institute Welcomes Julie Voss, Vice President of Development
HOUSTON (Aug 3, 2022) — Texas Heart Institute proudly welcomes Julie Voss, CFRE to its senior leadership team. A seasoned nonprofit executive with more than 25 years of experience, Voss brings significant expertise to THI with a proven track record in fundraising, board development, and team management.
“Julie has proven success working collaboratively with internal and external partners to support organizational strategic objectives, and we are honored to have her join our team to help us advance our mission,” said Dr. Joseph G. Rogers, CEO and President of the Texas Heart Institute.
With a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a Masters in Nonprofit Management from the University of Houston Downtown, Julie has dedicated her talents to advancing vital health organizations across the region, including serving as Vice President for the American Heart Association early in her career.
Most recently, Voss served as the Regional Vice President for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, where she oversaw all philanthropic activities across a five-state region. Prior to Komen, Voss worked for more than a decade at Memorial Hermann Foundation where she served as Vice President and successfully completed two philanthropic campaigns totaling $140 million.
